Pregnancy
Trimesters, Exercise, Nutrition, and Eating.
Trimesters: There are three distinct phases of pregnancy, the first, second and third trimesters. Each of one these trimesters are responsible for a vital role in the child’s development and also in how they will progress throughout their time living.
The first trimester is the most basic of all the states in which the egg first becomes fertilized and the process begins and turns into a basic cell structure then begins to become an embryo.
|
The second trimester is where you’ll actually begin to feel your baby moving and it becomes an actual living fetus instead of a basic cell structure. The fetus is in the beginning stages of building body fat and and will be roughly one and a half pounds
|
The third trimester is where the most growth occurs and the internal organs begin to grow and the movement becomes more frequent. While a full term pregnancy is 40 weeks delivery can occur between37 and 42 weeks and still be considered a full term normal pregnancy.

There are three core necessities that pregnant women maintain in their daily-weekly routine, these are: Exercise, Dieting, and Nutrition
- Exercise: Staying active is equally as important when you’re pregnant as when you’re not. You should consult your doctor before beginning any workout routine especially if you haven’t been regularly active before the pregnancy. The key is staying active without over exerting yourself, finding a balance is crucial. It is important to try and avoid any jumping or jarring movements though as this can disrupt your baby.
- Dieting: Eating is important as well, it’s not only a single person you’re eating for, you now need to up the choleric intake to make up for the fact you have to support a second life, and there needs to be more substance given. Low calorie diets are not good, on average you actually need to consume 300 additional calories over what the daily allotment is in order to make up for the second life you’re supporting.
- Nutrition: Going right in line with eating nutrition is also important but takes a deeper look at your overall health then just the food you eat, it consists of the vitamins you need to have in your body, such as folic acid, b-vitamins and other nutrients like iron, calcium, along with other minerals.
